As the owner of Pinot’s Palette – Katy, she creates welcoming, creative spaces where people of all ages can connect through art and shared experiences. Before stepping into entrepreneurship, Nacol worked as an educator and contributed to nonprofit initiatives focused on mental health awareness and support—bringing compassion, insight, and a strong sense of purpose to every role she takes on. Her commitment to fostering creativity, emotional well-being, and community engagement continues to shape her work and impact.

is a veteran law enforcement executive, educator, and public safety strategist with over 40 years of experience. As Assistant Chief Deputy of the Fort Bend County Sheriff’s Office, he leads the Administration Bureau, overseeing professional development, public information, and grants management—directing over $10 million in critical resources annually.

A retired Houston Police Department lieutenant, Dr. Zamora spearheaded the creation of Houston’s Real-Time Crime Center and managed major responses to high-profile events and natural disasters. He is a recognized expert in violent crime investigations, internal affairs, and police reform.

Dr. Zamora holds a Ph.D. from the University of Houston and served as a founding professor at Angelo State University’s Center for Security Studies, where he developed Texas’ first online Homeland Security degree program. A Master Peace Officer and graduate of the FBI National Academy, he is an active member of IACP, the Texas Sheriffs’ Association, and other national policing organizations.
